When you book a relocation service with Expert Gati Packers and Movers, it constitutes an agreement between you (the customer) and our company. The terms of this agreement apply to all services including residential relocation, office shifting, car and bike transportation, packing, and storage.

2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via our official communication channels. Once the booking is confirmed, a service date and quotation will be provided. Any changes in the moving schedule or service requirements should be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment Terms
Payment for our services can be made through cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods. A booking advance may be required, with the balance payable upon completion of the service. All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

4. Packing and Handling
Our team uses high-quality materials and professional techniques to pack and transport your belongings safely. However, customers are advised to inform us about any fragile or valuable items before packing to ensure appropriate care.

5. Transportation and Delivery
We strive to deliver all consignments on time. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or government restrictions. Expert Gati Packers and Movers will not be held liable for such delays beyond our control.

6. Liability and Claims
We take utmost care during packing, loading, and transportation. In the rare event of damage or loss, claims must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Compensation, if applicable, will be provided as per the terms agreed upon before the move.

7. Prohibited Items
Customers must not include hazardous, perishable, illegal, or flammable items in the shipment. Expert Gati Packers and Movers reserves the right to refuse transportation of such goods.

8. Storage Services
When availing of our storage facility, customers agree to pay charges based on the duration and space occupied. Items stored must be properly labeled and documented. We ensure the highest level of security and maintenance during the storage period.

9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Last-minute cancellations may incur service or administrative charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to company policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
Expert Gati Packers and Movers shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or damage caused by factors beyond our control, including accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or legal restrictions.

11. Intellectual Property
All content, text, logos, and graphics on this website are the property of Expert Gati Packers and Movers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
